Many people wish to make a difference that will last in perpetuity. The Legacy Society of Salt Creek Ballet provides a meaningful way of recognizing
those individuals now for gifts that will become effective in the future.

How will you be remembered?

You can create a lasting legacy through a will, living trust, charitable remainder trust, charitable gift annuity, insurance policy or qualified retirement plan.
Salt Creek Ballet’s role is to receive, administer and provide ongoing stewardship of estate gifts to endure that its donors' intentions are honored.
We thank those who wish to be recognized as members of the Legacy Society, and those who wish to remain anonymous, for their generosity and forethought.

How To Include Salt Creek Ballet in Your Estate Plan  

When making or updating your will or trust, please consider a gift to Salt Creek Ballet. An estate planning attorney can assist you in establishing the most effective legacy for SCB.

By adding one of the following paragraphs to your will, you can ensure a stronger future for SCB:
"I hereby give and bequeath $_________ to Salt Creek Ballet to be used (for its general purposes) (for [specific purpose])."
"I hereby give, devise and bequeath (the residue) (___% of the residue) of my estate to Salt Creek Ballet to be used (for its general purposes)
(for [specific purpose])."

If you are leaving the proceed of an insurance policy or IRA assets to Salt Creek Ballet, be sure to indicate this on the insurance or IRA beneficiary forms and not in your will because the insurance proceeds or IRA assets will be disposed of by the terms of the insurance policy or IRA document and not by your will.
