Age requirement: Children in “Small Steps” and “Dance for Young Children” must be 3, 4 or 5 yrs old before September 1, 2009

Current Students: Pre- registration for fall classes is open to current students in early spring. As these classes have limited spaces available, please call the office at 630.769.1199 to reserve a spot for the fall session once pre-registration has begun. Payment secures your child’s placement in a class.

New Students: Registration for fall classes begins in late May. Please note that returning students have priority for class placement.

Summer Classes: All students will be notified about summer class schedule prior to the end of Session 4. Places are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.

Level D and above
Current Students: Registration for fall classes will open in late May.

New Students: Please contact the office at 630.769.1199 to discuss scheduling a placement class.

Summer Intensive: Registration for Salt Creek Ballet’s Summer Intensive begins in April. Registration forms and a $50 non-refundable deposit must be received by June 1.

1. TUITION MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SESSION. THERE WILL BE A
   $5.00 REBILLING FEE FOR DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS.
2. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS can be given for missed classes.
3. Classes must be made-up within the session paid for and cannot be carried over from session
   to session.
4. Please notify Instructor or School Administrator prior to absence.
5. Family discounts: Families with 2 or more students enrolled in ballet classes (ages 6 years old
   and up only) will be entitled to a family discount. Please see the Managing Director for
   eligibility requirements.
6. There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee.
7. Classes include technique, pointe, character, historical dance, jazz, variations and repertory.
   All classes are required per level.

2009- 2010 Sessions
1st 9 weeks: Monday, Aug. 24, 2009 – Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009
2nd 9 weeks: Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 – Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010
3rd 9 weeks: Monday, Jan 18, 2010 – Saturday, Mar. 20, 2010
*4th 10 weeks: Monday, Mar. 22, 2010 – Saturday, June 5, 2010
*Tuition will reflect extra week

Summer session strongly recommended for all levels

Level D and above are required to take the SUMMER SESSION
5th 6 weeks: Monday, June 14, 2010 – Friday, July 23, 2010
